For Seattle area, would it be different if it's for 24/12 for 2017 (Premium, Premium Plus, Delux Tech)? I noticed RV is lower in Seattle area compared to other. Why?

I bought the car on Sunday, purchase rather than lease. I also checked the lease term, and can confirm the dealer in Seattle area can do 0.00003 MF and 52% RV. However, the purchase gave me more discount, so I went with purchase.

Did you end up paying $44k or did the dealer offer you a bigger discount? I'm just curious. A friend is looking at SUVs and they are looking at the QX60.

If my monthly payment is coming to US600/- ( at zero security deposit) ( 39 months / 12K) . Is there a way to calculate, how much would this go down with every security deposit ( max limit being 9). Also does texas state allow 9 security deposits.

We would need more information in order to do this ---

MSRP
Selling price or adjusted cap cost
How much is due at signing

I'm not aware of any restrictions in Texas about using MSDs.

MSD program reduces the money factor. The money factor is almost zero, already.
So, no benefit from the MSD program.

Hi, what is the MF and RV for 39/12 and 39/15 in texas for this month? Also normally what is the difference in monthly payout between the two options in terms of dollars ? i am planning to meet the dealer who has told me the MSRP and also the Selling price..what else should i ask him for , in terms of values so that i can run past you to see if i am getting the right monthly value. You want to get the number of miles you'll need.

The best way to get a good lease payment is to negotiate your best selling price, and watch out for junk fees.

Hi, Thanks for the details. What do you mean by Junk Fees. Most important is to understand the upfront payment component. What all should i ask to get best details on that , so that there are no hidden costs there. Also you have mentioned about adjusted Capitalised Cost ( dont know what that means), what to watch out for in the adjusted capitalised cost.

Also what is the tax %age in Texas for the cars? lastly, if there is no Security deposit ( as part of the upfront payment), then what all items would be part of the upfront payment ( 1st monthly payment and .....). Also it is better to have the fees and taxes and other charges rolled into the monthly payment and keep minimum down or make those payments upfront and not part of the monthly payment.

Junk fees are things like protection pack, nitrogen in the tires, etc.

Doc fee is imposed by the dealer; it's junk, but you can't avoid it. Simply reduce the selling price by the same amount.

Acquisition fee is mandatory and comes from the bank.

6.25% sales tax in Texas

First month and registration costs only should be paid at signing. Taxes and legitimate (or unavoidable) fees should be added into the monthly payment.

I wouldn't make the assumption the numbers are the same as November - it's possible that support has been dropped, meaning the MF may have gone sky high. There was a note in our docs that the 2017 QX60 numbers are somewhere else - of course, we didn't get that document.
