One more question on this 2017 base 4x4.
MSRP = 61,493
After all discounts price = 52,394+tax+license+fees

Dealer quoted a MF which translated to 1.8% interest rate vs. what you suggested above translates to .24% interest rate. Question is since I got almost 9K knocked off, is it fair to expect a MF of .00001 or it too much asking?

That's hard to say. But, it sure makes it hard to compare pricing with other dealers. Have you shopped other dealers?

Hi Michaell, Thank you. Pardon my ignorance here, So when you say .00001 is the MF, is it the norm that others in the region are getting, is it Lexus recommended, how do you come up with this MF number? I was talking with a local dealership and they were like no one does that MF.

It's the base money factor for this model. That number is set by the leasing bank (LFS).
Dealers can mark up the rate for extra profit.

When dealers say things that cost you more money, you can assume they don't have your interests in mind.

Those are the Central Region incentives.

We rarely get the Eastern Region program (and, didn't this month, either)

Given that amount, you are probably correct on the money factor markup.

The calculations are correct.
The acquisition fee is not marked up
The money factor used is .00010
$6400 off MSRP, before subtracting the rebate.
DMV fees look appropriate

We don't track pricing, but that looks pretty good from here.

Thanks in advance for any help - my fiancee is considering a 2017 Lexus RX350 F Sport 4x4 w/ Nav and other options bringing the MSRP quoted to $57,294.00. We haven't had a chance to drive to another dealer, but gave one a call and they said that their MSRP would be around $59k without meeting with us.

She's looking at a 36 month lease with 15k Miles / year. We're in Austin, TX. The dealer told her that they charge tax on the full amount of the vehicle. Dealer is quoting $822 / month with $2,500 down. Does this sound high? If so, any estimates that you can provide would be incredibly helpful

That is an outrageous quote for a one year old car, even if the full taxes are paid up front.

You'll want to engage with multiple dealers; the competition between them to earn your business will get you the best price.

36/15 is the miles we will use.
although some have mentioned to take 36/10 and pay what you go over if the residual isn't high enough to trade in.... Any thoughts on that.
