Seems high, with all that money upfront. Is the residual reduced to get you 18K/yr, or do you have to pay for the 9000 miles upfront?

I see a couple of things.
$399 for tint. Of course, in AZ, I see the need, but it's weird that they break it out separately.

$1639 in upfront charges?
The $795 acquisition fee is in the CAP cost, and the advanced payment is the first payment, so what's involved in the $1639? DMV fees, but how much can that be? Maybe tax on the CAP cost reduction? I'd want a breakout of that number. I'll guess that there is a big dealer fee in there.

You aren't saving anything by putting $5000 upfront. Just kidding yourself that you are only paying $475/mo. for your new car. It's really $600/mo. (not that it's a bad deal).

Thanks so much for the feedback , yes the upfront $1639 also made no sense to me hence I wanted an expert to check , I will ask for the breakup , this quote has lot of hidden stuff in it - not clearly broken out , when I see something like this I am not even stepping inside the dealership , move to someone else who can meet the monthly and have a transparent quote.I have a trade it hence the $5000 else you are right - it's just kidding myself.

I will get back with the breakup.

You can have the dealer cut you a check for the trade equity - you aren't forced into using it against the new lease.

That will definitely reduce the residual. Not sure of the cents/mile rate for Lexus.

Lexus has different money factors for different credit tiers.
But, that doesn't preclude the dealer from marking it up for extra profit.
So, the Tier 1 guy might not get offered .00010, even though that's the base rate.
We give the base money factor for Tier 1 credit.

For the base rate to get to .00220, you'd have to be Tier 4, which is a score of 630-649.

There may be lease loyalty cash, but we don't have Eastern Region numbers to check it.
Some loyalty cash can be combined with leases, and some programs can not.

All looks good, except for that huge markup in the money factor from .00001 to .00071.
That adds $56/mo.+tax (no tax on that quote?)
