Doesn't look like the 2018 RX is out yet. We don't have a lease program for it.

I was told by dealer $5,000 trade in equity for my car (I was offered $5,000 from Carmax)??? True?
$551.40/month + 7% tax = $590/mo

First month payment due at signing $590 (not rolled into down payment)

I am looking to be at 274 a month with 3999 down, with only first month's payment (and nothing else). Do you think that is possible?

Read back through the last couple of pages of this thread; that is a pretty good representation of the payments that are available.

It really depends on the size of the discount you can negotiate from the sticker price.
