    You aren't being fooled, unless you take the deal. Find another dealer. There are probably 10 of them nearby in SoCal.

    Hi! Can you provide the RV, MF, and lease incentives for an RX450h AWD F-Sport. Not sure if these are similar to the RX350. I was originally considering the RX350 but now exploring the hybrid option. I'm in Maryland, and thinking about a 36/15k lease. Thank you!

    Hello - can anyone confirm Acquisition fee as well as MF in NY/CT/NJ area and FL. I'm seeing 695 (seems in line for NY) and I'm assuming marked up at 799 and 1095 variants in CT/NJ/FL - MF appears constant at .0001. This is for a 36/12, top tier, if that matters...Thanks in advance.

    Dealer is also tinting windows, giving a loaner car until car comes in (about a week), putting chrome protection on grill and rear but not on rims.

    Dealer said MVSP= 61034.
    Gave discount of 5k
    Adjusted price= 56034
    Doc fee= 695
    Tax=113
    Non tax fee= 57185
    Lease inception fee= 967 or 1061 depending upon option below

    36mo/12k lease= 842w/$0 down or 768 w/$2500 down.

    Residual after 36mo= $32,958.

    Wow, $61K for an RX350 - must have pretty much every option added to it.

    36/12 numbers are 56% and .00010
    $2000 lease cash

    While we don't track prices, I suspect there is more of a discount available, assuming that $2K of that $5K discount is the lease cash.

    If the delta between a 3 year lease and a 5 year loan is $50-100, I'd buy it every day of the week and twice on Sunday.

    That is a huge lease payment; ask the dealer what the adjusted cap cost is, and how they got to that number from the selling price.

    I think their quote is very, very high. Probably marking up the money factor, and adding who knows what.

    Ask them for the adjusted CAP cost, and to disclose the money factor.
    For $599/mo, you should be getting out with just the first payment due at signing, not $4000.

    We don't have the Eastern region numbers. If they say lease cash is $2000, then that's what it is.
    Doesn't do much good to assume what the numbers might be behind a quote. Ask the dealer.

    It says 5500 due on delivery, which i think included 2000 lease cash. Not sure why dealers are mostly advertising 2000 lease cash here when ur info shows 2500.

    As for adj cap cost, im not entirely sure but thinking with tax and the rebate with nothing else atm, 50595 + minor fees probably just under 51000.
    We don't have the Eastern region numbers. If they say lease cash is $2000, then that's what it is.
    Doesn't do much good to assume what the numbers might be behind a quote. Ask the dealer.
