New RX350 AWD in north Texas area

using this forum and December to remember ended up with this lease
    36/10
    12 % off MSRP
    2,000 lease cash
1,000 lease loyalty reward (returned 2015 Lexus)
tax credit (1 % instead of 6.25% up front here in TX)
    56% residual

MF finally at 0.0001, started at 0.00095 at one dealer and 0.0006 at another, got down to 0.0001 due to this web site. Tier 1+ credit

    MSPR 54,999
    cap cost 47,100
    residual 30,575
    1st payment out of rebate
    so 35 payments at 466

    Good job!
Texas tax credits is a huge bonus.

Hi, I'm wondering if leasing incentives information is available for 2018 RX (apologies if this isn't on the right page, wasn't able to locate a thread for the 2018 model). Noticed inventory is starting to show in area dealerships (Maryland).

If information is available, can you please share the MF, RV, as well as any Lease Cash and Loyalty Cash for 2018 RX350 AWD and RX450h AWD on a 36m/15k lease? Thanks so much!

Don't know what happened to that one.

Is this a good deal? For some reason my calculation using Edmunds lease calculator does not match with dealer's calculation.

    2017 RX350 Base
    MSRP: $45,283
    Price after dealer discount: $40,034
    Rebate: $2500
    Final purchase price: $37,534
    RV: 56%
    MF: 0.00001
    Lease term 36mo/10k

    Fees detail:
    Doc. 250
    Registration: 114.75
    Acquisition Fee: 795

    Location: OH
    Tax: 7.5%

Supposed to be $0 down pay (except for the first month payment) but I am really confused about how dealer calculated the numbers.

Can you help me to re-calculate based on the number I provided? Thanks.

I received several quotes from different dealers.

For $59000 MSRP f sports, best deal I get is $5000 down with $474 monthly payment for a 36 months /10k lease, all taxes and fees included.

For $53500 MSRP base version, best deal I get is $5000 down(customizable) with $447 monthly payment for a 36 months /10k lease, all taxes and fees included.

Can anyone tell me if that's a good deal in New England area?

By the way, some dealer gives me an option on a demo car, msrp $54000 with only $420 or something monthly payment and $5000 down payments with all taxes and fees. Is a demo car ok to lease or not?

    Really appreciate the help

I agree with the math on that worksheet, but the fees you've listed only total $1160 - what else is there that makes the total inception fees $1661.54

It's OK to lease a demo vehicle, but there will be an adjustment to the residual.

We do not recommend any down payment on a lease. Ask the dealers to give you a payment quote with only $1000 due at signing.

Better to get the selling price or the adjusted cap cost for these quotes.

She said the first month payment of $404.66 is included in the inception fees.

Is this a good deal to sign?
They also have a demo car that has 1600 miles on it and they are only willing to reduce the price by $400 (0.25/mile) compared to a brand new car. Is this fair for demo car lease? I thought demo car can offer more discount...

    Thx

That deal is dirt cheap, you should grab it.

If they aren't willing to discount the demo any more than the residual reduction for mileage, might as well stick with the new one.

So, $2900 from you, and a rebate or lease cash covers the other $2800 of upfront money?

    Yes, I paid out of pocket $2900. It included $1800 ( 1st payment and registration ) and and additional $1100 (2 MSD’s).
They discounted car price from MSRP $52814 to $48060 and from this price subtracted additional $2800.
    Cash on delivery listed as$5700 ( $2800 (their money) + $2900 - ( my 1st payment of $1800 + $1100 refundable 2 MSD)
    Thank you for your time!

Thank you so much for your response!
One more question, just for my future experience, looking on this deal one more time is anything can be done to decrease monthly payment? Forgot to mention that I was exiting from my 36 month lease having 4 payments of $473 left. LFS excused 3 payments, but one payment of $473 was included into this deal as a negative equity.
Probably can still drive one more month on an old lease, but wasafraid that will not have this deal in January. Inventory of 2017 Rx350 are running low.
What do you think, should I be better to wait and get car in January?
    Just based on your experience

You are correct that the 2017 inventory is getting thin; adding $13/mo to the deal for the one remaining payment isn't a bad price to pay. I doubt you can get a similar deal on a new 2018.

In SF Bay Area, just tonight bought a 2017 RX350 FWD Premium w/Nav. Fwiw, I had several dealers that were willing to go $6k off MSRP plus the $2k customer cash for a total of $8k discounted off MSRP. Got the buy rate for the MF (.00010) which one dealership tried to mark up. Ended up with a "net" deal so they allegedly made no profit (but that's hard to believe).

There were 2 stores that had demos with 150 miles on them that they were willing to discount $200 or $500 further but the colors didn't work for me. (Not loving the new parchment with all the brown but some do). Did the usual 36mo/12k mi w/55% residual. The cars are moving fast though - got the one I did because someone didn't show up so whew. Happy to share names and dealers if anyone needs that info... if it's allowed here, can't recall. Also happy to share numbers if that helps but the key info to me was that most dealers were willing to do the $7-8k off MSRP all in.

    Happy New Year to all!!

    2017 RX350 F-Sport-Houston Area

Very Happy with my results but I am sure there are better deals out there. My goal was 10% off and 2000.00 rebate. I came within 3 dollars of final payment goal and saved on having window tint  I did see one Texas deal posted that had 56% residual but didn’t find that available.

I contacted 3 Houston Dealers by email and kept to my goal on what I learned here. It also helped to go to a “carprousa dealer”. One gave me the normal BS but the other two were responsive and nice to work with. In and Out in a few hours and had a price when I walked in the door.

I am also enjoying my 2017 Genesis 3.8 Tech that I found from the forums. Hard to beat that deal under 350.00

Hello and Happy New Year!! I have been offered 45900 out the door price for Lexus RX350 AWD. MSRP is 53650 How much should I pay monthly lease for it. This is my first time leasing and not sure how to do the math so the dealer doesn’t get me somehow. I am paying $1000 down payment. I am in Northern Virginia. Most of the dealers here are aggressively giving discounts on RX350. Thank you in advance

14% off is a great deal. Which dealership is offering you this deal?
