Thank you! One last help needed. Dealer gave me following deal:

2017 Lexus RX 450h, msrp $64,273

$629/month (all inclusive) for 36/10, zero down, first payment due on delivery.
I will return my current lexus maturing next month, dealer will waive final March payment and disposition fee. During inspection, there is a $160 damage of tire, as per dealer I have to talk to LFS and they cannot do anything with that.

Is this deal worth to take it?

Cap cost is $56,560 (12% off msrp). Fees $859, $3500 incentive, $35,350 residual (55%), $595 acquisition fee, MF 0.0005. I fought for 0.00001 MF but dealer is not ready to give.
