    Does anyone have the money factor and residual for both a Limited & Limited Premium in Texas (fwd) for 12k miles per year and 15k miles per year.

    January numbers in Chicago fro XLE FWD/AWD please with 2yr/3yr 10k miles/yr

    Same for LE as well. Any one model have a very high residual in particular?

    .00014 MF and 58% residual for all of those models for 36/12.
    (no 10K allowance for TFS)

    65% residual for 24/12.

    We don't have the PA region, but the regions nearest to you all show .00024 MF.

    I was told at a dealer the 2017 XLE AWD MF is .00014 and 2016 XLE AWD is 0.00001 for 36 month lease in NJ. What's your take on that?

    We don't have the NJ numbers, or any numbers at all for 2016, but that seems in-line with other regions.

    But, a lot more goes into a lease payment, than just the money factor. Either of those money factors is very low..

    I'm trying to finalize my lease with the dealer. They've given me accurate MF (.00024) & Residual (57%) on the SE 36/12. The only item that we're hung up on is that they are saying that the February $1500 Toyota cash back cannot be combined with the .00024 MF. I can't find any information, either on Toyota's site or the dealers, indicating that these two cannot be combined. Do you know if the dealer is being truthful?

    The $1500 is likely a finance incentive, and is ineligible to be used for a lease.

    This is common.
