Long story short, I live in TX ZIP 76006. I had an offer on the table back in December 2017 to lease a remaining 2017 Sienna L with dealer-added tint and pinstripe for 36 months and 15K miles a year at $379/month with true $0 down. The MSRP on the vehicle was $31,358 and selling it for $27,471. I passed on the deal. I followed up with the dealer at the end of January and they told me the best they could do on that same vehicle was $425/month since there were no longer sales tax credits that could get me to $379/month. Today, they contact me begging me to take the $379/month deal with true $0 down. Are there some new leasing incentives Toyota is offering this month on any remaining 2017 Siennas? If so, I want to know so that I can utilize them to my advantage especially if I can get a better deal than $379/month. Thanks in advance for all the great info as always.

Guess the dealer is simply lowering their price to get back to the $379/mo payment.

FWD or AWD?

$0 down is not the same as $0 due at signing - you will be responsible for taxes and fees up front, if you don't add them into the selling price.

That's correct.. on top of the Illinois state tax collected upfront, there is a Chicago tax collected monthly on the lease payment.

Personally, I wouldn't lease in Chicago.
