Thanks in advance! I almost pulled the trigger on a Sorento at the end of last year but have now decided on a minivan. Can anyone chime in regarding the deal below for a Sienna LE? I have a one month lease payment of $180 left and a disposition fee of $350 (Total $530). What does everyone think? I'm planning to pull the trigger this weekend.

$321.44 month/including tax with $800 in driveoffs

MSRP - $33,995
Selling price - $30,200
36 months/12k miles
Residual- $19,717
Money factor OAC .00001

Advanced Payment: 320.45; Total Cap Reduction $512; Upfront Charges: 467.55
Initial Payment: 1300 MINUS Lease Rebate: -500 = $800 in driveoffs

Is it better to pay the Acquisition Fee upfront or keep it in the lease like above?

Don't have your region, but money factors for this model are generally low. .00001-.00024

Can't confirm MSDs. I would guess that most Toyota dealers are unfamiliar with the process. You might have to walk them through it. Not, that it will help much, if the money factor is already near zero.
