Any idea if dealers would agree upon below 40k on a MSRP of the actual 48k IS300 or is it a long shot?

To get that payment, the adjusted CAP cost has to have about $2050 added. ($41668, more or less)
Ask for the adjusted CAP cost and an itemization of how they got there.

Not knowing those details, it looks like a good payment. Can you get by with 7500 miles/yr?

Yes, 7500k will be enough, i don't drive to work. I'll only drive it during the evenings and weekend. I've asked the sales person for the adjusted CAP cost and breakdown. Thanks for looking over the offer.
