I agree with the math. However, we would recommend you only come up with the first payment and any non-taxable fees (DMV, etc.) at signing and roll everything else into the lease.

I get $424/mo with those numbers (.00140 MF). Assuming the prices are OK, you have to bump the MF to .00180 to get the payment to $450/mo

Politely tell the dealer that you won't sign a deal with an inflated MF. And, reach out to multiple dealers.

Yes. All NX models have the same program.

Yes.. a completely different lease program. I'd be surprised if it turned out to be cheaper.

Using the base MF, I get $449/mo with tax included, when I use your prices.

Confirm the adjusted cap cost with the dealer - if higher than the selling price, find out what's been added (dealer fee and bank fee, I'm guessing).

And, there is a difference between $0 down and $0 due at signing. Down payment reduces the cap cost of the car; there are still upfront costs you are responsible for, such as the first payment, fees, registration and the like.
