$579 processing fee? That's just a fee for allowing you to do business with them. They won't negotiate the fee, but you can always try to negotiate a lower price, to make up for it.
Excess wear and tear policies are expensive insurance. I never buy them.

That's a good accounting, though. I'll give them credit for that. The numbers actually add up.

Looking at the fine print on the Lexus website's advertised lease special, it looks like lease cash is up to 2K this month, but not sure. Also, does Lexus still offer the 500 conquest bonus? 24/12 and 36/12. Thank you for the help!!!

Can you explain? can we combine them on an offer sheet for the lease?

First - as it's a turbo, I'm not sure how comfortable I'd be running regular gas through it.

Second, I'm not sure that the salesman is the right person I'd rely on for that information.

Third, what would that do to the warranty?

I've got two turbo engines in my fleet - the MINI and the Jetta. The MINI gets premium (91 octane here in CO), while I put mid-grade into the Jetta (87 octane).

If the sticker at the gas cap says "Premium only", then that is your answer.

Don't know anything about that incentive, but likely it's for purchase only.
