I agree with the 59% residual, but the .00173 MF is for tier 6 credit. The base MF for top tier credit is .00003.

You want to negotiate the selling price, just like you would if you are buying. Then, after negotiating your best price, you apply the rebate.

We also suggest you limit your up front money to the first payment and the DMV costs; everything else should be added into the lease payment.

and she is giving me a quote of $375 per month for a 12k/36 month lease. When I do the math, the base cost of the lease + tax comes to $320. Not sure why they are quoting a much higher number ?

I get the same payment you do.

Ask the dealer for the adjusted cap cost - likely to be higher than the selling price. Find out what has been added in.

NMAC includes GAP on their leases. Just about everyone but Toyota does this.

Chances are, any quote will include any rebates, but you can ask.
