I show this model with $3000 of lease cash. You should be able to get a lot lower CAP cost than that, even with all other fees rolled in.

Sorry, the money factor I got is .00009.

The only reason I had them make my last 3 payments is because I am only a few hundred miles below my mileage cap. With 4 months left I would have went about 4000 miles over the limit and would have had to pay 800 dollars out of pocket for going over. Plus they waived the disposition fee of 400 dollars. So I would have had to pay at least 1200 out of pocket on lease turn in.

So in that aspect, it made sense.

I get it.

I was about 4000 miles over on my previous lease, with two months to go. I got the VW dealer to split the charges with me (mileage + two remaining payments + cost to repair damaged bumper).

I ended up with a lease payment within $5 of what I was paying on the last lease.

I am actually paying 14 dollars less on my new car. Last car was a 2015 Optima SXL. So I got the new one for 14 bucks less and zero out of pocket.

I'll guess that the $8419 lease cash includes the $4919 federal rebate (which goes to the bank, not you).
I think the $1500 from California comes direct to you, after the lease is completed.

First off, could I please get the numbers for a 2016 or 2017 Kia Optima SXL, 24/12 and 36/12.

Second question, this may be dumb, but what is the lease cash? Is it something provided in every state that is applied to the selling price of the car once you have negotiated it down? For example, if the car I'm looking at is 37k MSRP and I get it down to 31k, does the lease cash apply to the 31k or the 37k?
