I am surprised that for this month, the MF seems a bit high. It appears to be hovering in the high 3- low 4% area when I previously have been able to get great lease cash deal ~$4000+ and get low money factor (under 2%). Is there a specific reason why this is? Since the 2017's are on their way out, you'd think there would be low MF....Oh well, Here it is:

Great job getting that much off of MSRP! I agree with you that the Money Factor is really hindering us when trying to make a good deal. I believe these programs will be around until January 2018 and we may see the low money factor numbers again when programs are updated. Just for comparison, a 2016 Optima SXL had a MF of .00017 around April of this year. My guess is that after Dec. 31st, we will see very low money factor on leftover 2017 models.
