Kia doesn't offer 10K/yr on 24 months leases

Kia keeps the Federal tax credit, and offers you that rebate, instead.
No info on state credits for Colorado.

Something is off. I'd guess that adjusted CAP cost is with the $2000 upfront.

Either way, nowhere close to their payment.
