    Salutations! I'm looking for money factors, lease cash, and residuals for Oregon, and I haven't seen any posted here... can I have them for the Optima Hybrid base and Hybrid EX, 24/12 and 36/12, as well as the regular Optima LX and EX? Thanks a million.

    Thanks!!  So that lease cash just gets applied as a cap cost reduction?  When I negotiate a selling price is the dealer already going to be taking the lease cash into consideration?

    Yes.. a CAP reduction.

    Most likely, any price they quote will already include it. I wouldn't assume you'll get it on top of any offer. But, ask.

    Got it.  So a dealer offering $4,000 customer cash is keeping the other $5k for themselves

    The lease cash is a customer incentive. They can't keep any of it.

    Meaning Kia has an idea in mind of a payment they want?  So were money factors lower for this vehicle when there was less lease cash?

    24/12 (no 10K offered for 24 month term) - .00211 and 57%; $5720 lease cash
    36/12 (add 1% for 10K) - .00206 and 53%; $4830 lease cash

    No advice on whether a 2017 or 2018 would lease better - I would think you could get a bigger discount on the 2017, which would help.
