MF hasn't changed, I believe. Residuals have gone down understandably so but need to confirm.

The dealers think they have a special car, I was quoted $570/ for a $49K car and all fee's paid upfront. I walked out, the sad part is, I never got a call back from the dealer asking to come back into "rework" the deal.. I have a feeling that Alfa is going to shoot themselves in the foot if they don't stop dealers from doing this. I'm not looking for BMW lease prices, but then again, I can lease a mid level BMW540 for that kind of money.

I received numbers this morning from Alfa in West Palm Beach, FL

May 2017 Numbers:

24 months = 63% Residual / MF 0.00082

36 months = 53% Residual / MF 0.00125

They seemed to be a lot more aggressive on deals now then when the Giulia was first released a few months ago.

I received a price at $545.00 with zero due at signing. Just a sign and drive for the 24 months program. MSRP was at $42,140 and selling price of $38,101.

Not a horrible deal considering how new the car is still, however we're waiting for it to get a little better in a few months to a year.

The deal posted is $339/mo + tax with $4299 down on an MSRP of $41340. with this I get an MF of 0.000525 and a Residual of 66% and a cap cost reduction of $4000.

The deal I was offered is $344/mon + tax with $4299++ down on an MSRP of $41940. TO the $4299 down, need to add Registration and First month and Acquisition and Doc.
Does this make sense ?

What lease term is this for?

We don't suggest making a large down payment - limit the up front cash to just the first payment and registration costs. This will make your payment higher but you won't risk losing the money if the car is stolen or totaled early on in the lease.

24/10K, one thing that is striking that my Lexus has a 66% Residual after 36 months, for the Alfa it is 62% to 66% after 24 months depending on trim. Thanks for the advice re: the upfront.

I don't have the program, so can't confirm your numbers. But, the MF looks like a typo. Maybe a stray digit, as there are only 5 digits after the decimal point.

Seems like a 36 month lease would be much cheaper, given the small discount from MSRP. (again, I don't have the program to check)

Regarding the Lexus.. the 36/10 residual for an IS this month is 58%.

Nice choice in vehicles. The Giulia is gorgeous.

Sorry, my oversight. The interest rate is actually 1.26%. I divided by 2400 to get the MF as all my calculations are using the MF. The 36 month lease is not as good. Here are the numbers I got:
Interest 2.15%
Residual 52%

Even with those numbers, looks like the 36 month term would be about $40-$45/mo. less.

Trying to get RV and MF for AR TI 4WD 36/15 or 39/15 in MD. Thank you. The car 's MSRP is 53,100 discounted to 46,000. All in including all MD taxes and tags and fees $717 a month for 36/15

But, I did see a good article on that new lease program. True monthly payment is over $400/mo, once you amortize the down payment.

My friend is looking at the Giulia 24m lease (attached #s)...24/12k MSRP $45766, looks like $527 down, $579/m including 6.25% tax, residual @60%. Anybody had any luck with this deal, been able to get better numbers? Thanks!

That looks really high.

As we don't have the MF for this month, and it's not disclosed on the paperwork you attached, we can't run the numbers ourselves.

I do notice, however, a lack of acquisition fee broken out anywhere.

And, they want $5000 in cash, or is that $5000 an incentive?

I believe the $5k is the $2750 rebate plus their discount on the car (?), so $2250 off msrp, which i don't think is very good. The monthly rent at $7.68 -> this is the interest (MF) right - seems OK? Also confused about the min drive of 1106, seems they aren't subtracting that from the rebate? Thanks again!

I would think any discount from sticker would be reflected in the gross cap cost, not bundled into the incentive.

Yeah, $8/mo for the rent charge is pretty low; though, on my Jetta lease, my monthly rent charge is less than $1.50/mo (MF of .00005)

The vehicle just doesn't lease well. Plus, a $1000 discount on a vehicle with a $3750 rebate? We don't follow pricing, but it seems you should do better than that.
