Dealer I am working with would not give me cap cost. I got an offer from a south Florida dealer for a 24 month lease with 12k miles a year. 5k at signing and 399 month tax included. I think it should be much less with all the incentives and rebates.

It's all a guess without the actual numbers. Walk away from dealers that aren't forthcoming with the numbers.

I'll assume RWD for whatever trim you choose....

Standard MF and 65% residual for 24/12.

Problem is, we don't know what the standard MF rate is - likely around .00190-.00210.

If I use .00200 as the MF, with your prices, I get $490/mo with tax included.

So, I'll then guess one of the following:

    1. The MF is lower than .00200
    2. You are getting a lease quote from a bank different than Chrysler Capital
    3. Part of the $3000 up front cash is going to lower the cap cost

Check with the dealer on (2) and (3).

The more information we have, the better we can evaluate your deal and figure out if it can get any better.

Ok, we don't have the Ally numbers to compare, but 1.24% equates to a MF of .00052. What residual value are they using?

With the 61% residual and .00052 MF with those prices, I get $465/mo with 7% tax - just $1 off the dealer quote.

So, if you're comfortable with the selling price and there isn't any junk in the up front cash, all looks good.

Have you priced out a 36 month lease from Ally? That might give you a better payment.

For 24 months, that's not a bad payment.

    Good evening...MF & Residual please.
    GIULIA Ti Rwd... Florida
    39/10, 39/12, 39/15
Is there any difference between 36 and 39 months for MF or residual? I'm close to finding a deal I like and I'm just not sure between 24 months (I already asked you guys about that a couple days ago) or 36/39 months...
    Thx in advance!

Curious if this is real or not. If I'm getting into this car, it would be in a 24 month lease as well.

Dealer says Alfa isn't doing 24 month leases anymore? Could I get the numbers for the 27/10, or if they are doing 24, that too.

    Ti RWD and AWD.

    Thanks!

27 month numbers are better, this month

    RWD .00127 and 59%
    AWD .00090 and 57%
Wow, so their sales are down 20% from the previous month, only moved 700 cars. And they make the leasing terms even worse. They are shooting themselves in the foot hardddd. Was hoping this month would finally get some good deals. Even with 10% off from a dealer, plus $4500 in rebates, it's almost $510 a month on a $41k car.... Insane.

Good luck to Alfa, they are going to need it. :)

Thanks for the numbers! How do they look for a base car?

Oops, just realized I quoted the 2018 Guilia numbers. No wonder they look so bad.

    Take two ....

    27/10 on 2017 Guilia
    Ti AWD - .00013 and 57%
    Ti RWD - .00026 and 58%
    Base AWD - .00001 and 58%
    Base RWD - .00013 and 58%

    .46% equals .00019

    47% residual

With your prices, I get $550, as well.

If you're comfortable with the selling price, all looks good.

We don't have any experience negotiating for Alfas. Not enough traffic about them here to even guess
