Does anybody know when 2018 info will be available, both here and on BMW website? I'm also looking for their loan rates, not just lease.

Last question - are there any difference on lease rates on Euro Delivery? I remember seeing some info like that.
BTW, it a bummer they'll discontinue the multiple security deposit program (unless they change their mind, like they did with the tiered residual).

There is an adjustment on the MF, but I can't remember which way.

I know @kyfdx has the answer .. he'll be along after a bit.
Never mind .. I just found it.

MF is increased .00030, but the 2nd lease payment is waived.

I think they recently cut the invoice price reduction on ED from 7% off US invoice to just 5% off US invoice.

I know that. Already signed the order fo 430i GC. The payment arrangement is in two weeks or so. I'll most likely buy, not lease (MSD program will be gone). I hope BMW will post their 2018 specials (APR) till then, or I'm at dealer's mercy in terms of the loan APR. Banks won't underwrite the loan for an individual if there is no title for a collateral - they will through a dealer they have a relationship. That's how it happened last time I did it. They financed me through BoA with a little bit marked up rate. I refinanced when the car hit the shores and title became valid, about two months later. I just wanted to avoid it this time.

What is taking them so long? The website doesn't even have 2018 shown yet, and the cars are already in the showrooms.

Right now, 2018 rates are 3.15% APR for 24-72 months.
Of course, most dealers mark that up by 1%.

  • hey folks, could you please confirm MF and residual for 2018 440i GC. Is it 0.00146 and
    36/10 - 57%
    24/10 - 63%

    Thank you.

Trying to choose between 340i and 440i, that's why I'm posting in both 3/4 Series forums. Thanks again.

Could you please help me evaluate this deal from a dealer in CA:

    2018 440i (fixed year typo)
    MSRP: 59,600
    Cap Cost: 52,000
    24mo/10k (63% residual): 779/mo (1362 due)
    36mo/10k (57% residual): 683/mo (1266 due)
    MF: 0.00146 (I think i'm getting this)

On running calc, was able to arrive at same 36mo value, but for 24mo I got 799. Did they make an error again or was it me?

PS - same as what happened with the 3 series quote:
The fees were $583 (420 for regn, 80 for doc etc.). Don't remember discussing the acquisition fee (which the forum reminded me about) so will ask that next time what's going on with that.

$732 and $626 plus tax for 24/36 months.

Is $52K the actual adjusted CAP cost, including the acquisition fee? Or, is it just the selling price?

Looks like BMW hass been creeping the rates up in last 6 months. 0.0015 already, huh? It was 0.0013 not so long ago. Same is happening with the purchase loan rates. Tenth up here, tenth up there, almost like a clockwork. Looks like the moves are a bit faster than the market rates.

I am not sure if you can answer this question, but heck I will put it out there.

I am trying to order and lease a 430i x drive convertible. As I have it configured, the BMW website assigns it an MSRP of $59,720. Given that I am planning to special order and then lease, what would you say is a fair discount from the MSRP.

For BMW, target 7% off MSRP before applying any available incentives.

Thank you so much Sir. This is extremely helpful to me.

Last question, the dealer (in MD) said best numbers for a 430i x drive convertible were:

    .00150 and 56%

    for a 3 year, 15kmiles/year lease.

    Does that sound right?

So, all looks good from here.

Didn't see a 2018 M4 forum so asking here. May I please get feedback on this deal:

    2018 M4
    MSRP: 80,995
Selling Price: 71,825 (~9% dealer discount + 1500 fleet discount)
    Cap cost: 72609.25
MF: 0.0013 (0.0002 reduction from fleet) and RV 61%

    monthly for 36/10 = $876 (incl 9% CA Tax)
    cash due = 1740

In order to repro numbers on my lease calc, I had to add $925 acquisition fee, $704 dmv/state stuff, and $140 down (not what i had asked them for but trivial so whatever)

Pay the DMV stuff up front, but roll the acquisition fee into the payment

Hi, can you please help me with the following questions?
    1. What is the MF and RV for a 2018 440i xDrive, 36/10? I'm in Connecticut.
    2. The MSRP for this car is $61,415, and the dealer offered a 8% discount (excluding fleet discount) - is this a good deal that I should take or there is more room?

8% off sticker is good, but they might want to mark up the MF in return.

Looking for some advice on a 2018 430i xDrive. Just got back from the dealer, with an adjusted cap cost of $48k on a $51640 MSRP, and $2279 due at signing (just startup costs and 1st payment): $686.18/month for 10k/36

Does that sound reasonable? Thanks so much in advance for the advice!
