Thanks Michaell - the ocean air is amazing, but we have a huge fire in Santa Barbara right now . Quick question, when calculating the residual do I use the MSRP of $24,045 or do I add in the $940 delivery, processing, and handling fee of $940 and use the Total MSPR of $24,985? Seems to make a bit of a difference when calculating the whole lease.

You use the bottom line number of the factory window sticker - base MSRP, options, and destination.

I was chatting with a friend last night - was telling me about the fires in SB.

We've got a few fires going here in CO as well, but they are up in the mountains and away from major population centers.

Are they saying $30760 is the invoice, and want to pad their profits with $300? $30760 is only a little less than 3% off MSRP - I think you can do better. Which dealership is this btw?

I'm sure dealers in NJ or CT sell cars to NY residents frequently, and can help you with the registration and plate issue.

Be advised, however, that the dealer doc fees in those states are much higher; it's capped at $75 in NY.

Got it. i just wanted to ensure that the $750 incentive cap cost reduction could be used along with the MF and residual and that it wasn't an either or scenario. Can I expect that the parameters of Mazda's deal is a $750 lease incentive along with the .00031 and 59%?

Also, the Mazda website only lists a $750 lease loyalty cash. The edmunds site lists this other $750 lease cash as a more general lease incentive open to all customers. Why would this general one not be listed on Mazda's website?

The information that you copied states that it is NOT compatible with MCS special lease programs.
