$500 for LoJack.. just say no. A useless option. That's what insurance is for.

Tax is irrelevant, as CA taxes the monthly lease payment.
No mention of the acquisition fee or adjusted CAP cost.

Your upfront should be the first payment + the $408 of fees.
Ask for a payment based on that amount, with money factor and adjusted CAP cost disclosed.

Current Mazda programs expire on 5 September

Individual packages and options do not affect the numbers.

Quick question: 2017 CX-5 Grand Touring AWD w/ Premium package. 36/12k, located in S. FL (6% sales tax). MSRP is $33,465, negotiated to $31,224. With the MF and RV: .00001 and 59% that you gave me for Aug, I was able to get to $420/mo (includes tax) w/ 1st month's payment + $650 upon signing. Good deal?

I get $339/mo, tax included, with those prices.

Ask the dealer for the adjusted cap cost - this number is sure to be higher ($595 bank fee, big dealer fee because Florida, maybe some other stuff).

And, dealer can mark up MF as much as .00050, as well.
