Where is the $750 rebate coming from?
I get the same payment. Assuming the $750 is legit, that shouldn't be too hard to get.

I would eliminate the $1600 upfront and roll the tax into the lease. It's basically 0% interest
That makes the payment about $305/mo, but just $605 due at signing.

Thanks. I didn't know about negotiating the MSRP to get a discounted selling price, so I will talk to the dealer again about it. He only mentioned the MSRP.

Also, if my total lease payment (including taxes and fees) for 36 months is $10,502.2 (i.e. 252.92*35+1650). Is it a good deal?

FYI, the selling price is the offer price I received from the dealer... I’m assuming that includes all the incentives... but I could be wrong... I shopped this offer with other dealers, and none can beat it... so basically what I’m interested in is what should I expect to pay out of pocket and per month to leave the lot next week.

With your supplied prices, I get $220/mo before tax. This assumes that the fees are paid up front.

Yes, assume that the selling price includes the incentives.

Does the dealer know you are leasing? There are different incentives for a purchase vs. a lease, so the price you negotiated may change once they find out you are leasing.

What state is this for?

MF can be marked up .00050 by the dealer, for more profit. Can't tell you if they've done that, or are informing you that it can be done.

Calculating the numbers, I'm just one penny off the dealer quote of $299.86 (rounding error, on my part).

Not much of a discount, but the CX-5's seem to be selling well, so that may be as good as you can get.

Good payment, relative to MSRP.
