Probably not.. when we re-formatted the forums a few years ago, the Prices Paid discussions sort of dropped off the map. I can create one for you, but it's not likely to get a lot of views.

Feel free to post in this discussion. Even though most of the members are shopping leases, they should still be shopping a sale price.

Do you have Oct lease and incentive #'s for CX-5 FWD GT w/ premium package 36/12k in South Florida? Is there a concensus of the cap cost or % off MSRP people are getting? I've tried using the Edmunds lease calculator, but your #'s never match mine, can you share your calculations?    Thanks in advance!

Current Mazda lease program doesn't expire until tomorrow.

It's a moot point now but I am extremely new to leasing [thanks to everyone on here, I learned a lot!] and just closed on a CX5 yesterday and I am curious whether I got a good deal.

2017 CX5 touring with preferred package for a 10k/36 lease in so cal

MSRP: 27635
Selling price: 25311
Residual: 57%
drive off: 1500 to cover dealer/dmv fees and 1st month payment. acq fee = 595 doc fee 80
MF: .00051 (I saw on here .00001 was typically quoted but they wouldn't budge on this even though my credit score is tier 1)
per month (x 35 payments): $286 including CA tax

$286/mo is still a decent payment, relative to MSRP.

Think of this as a learning experience - we'll see you in 3 years when you are ready to lease again.

Tell them you won't sign a deal where the MF is marked up (base is .00001). Then, start shopping other dealers.

Took delivery of a CX-5. Unfortunately, there was not much dealer discount in my area. I can't purchase in MA since MA does not issue temp plates.

2017 CX-5 Sport - 36/12
MSRP: $26,540
Sale price: $25,730
Incentive: $1610
Doc fee: $370
Registration: $76 (VT registration)
Acq fee: $595
36mo/12k miles
MF: .000010 (thru Chase)

All VT taxes rolled into the monthly payment. Opted in for the protection plan since the car is being parked at a student parking lot and apartment complex.

$300 without protection plan
$313 with the protection plan

Drive-off - First month's payment.

Based on my calculations, the monthly should be $285 too.

It's possible the lease cash numbers I gave are only good for SoCal.

Ask the dealer what the adjusted cap cost is, and how they got to it from the $29,176 selling price.

I get $350/mo.+tax, which looks right, assuming 6% tax.
The only way to change it, is to negotiate a lower selling price.
