Can you see this incentive? Is it location based, since I don't see mention of this in any previous postings...

The numbers we have are national.
It's possible that Mazda has added incentives since the first of the month. If that's the case, we wouldn't have the information.

Looking at a 36 month / 36k lease for an AWD Grand Touring CX5 with the premium package in Colorado. Here's what I've got so far:

MSRP: $33,465
Sale Price: $30,151 
Residual: $18,665
Quoted Monthly Payment: $353 per month
Monthy Taxes: $29 per month
Total Monthly Payment: $383 per month
Upfront Payment: $500 for taxes fees and other charges

Does this look like a good deal?  Does the residual look low? Are there any incentives I should know about?  Also generally what is the overage cents/mile for this vehicle? Thanks all for the help!

Yes, if the MSRP is correct, then the residual is too low.
.00001 MF and 59% residual for 36/12.
That's $19,744, assuming MSRP is correct.

Your payment seems too high, given the numbers you've quoted, and using the 59% residual.
Try to clear up the discrepancy. Make sure you are given the actual full MSRP off the government window sticker and not some other number with dealer additions.

Also getting contradicting information on lease incentives - you say there isn't, but when selected from the website in the bonus deals there is 1k incentive. (https://www.edmunds.com/mazda/cx-5/2017/suv/car-incentives/).

Is the incentive applied to where you register the car of where you purchase it?

Also I understand residual value calculation is based on MSRP, but does delivery fee gets included in that calculation?

I show 59% residual for both Touring / GT AWD for 36/12. If there has been a mid-month update, we wouldn't have seen it. Dealer cannot adjust the residual. Suggest you contact other Mazda dealers to see if you get a consistent answer.

The $1K may be a purchase incentive, not valid for lease.

All numbers should be relevant to where the car is registered.

Full MSRP, including destination, is used to calculate the residual value - bottom line number of the factory window sticker.

Reach out to multiple dealers; it only takes one to meet your numbers.

First time user. I just left my Mazda dealer in MD looking to get a CX5 AWD Touring with premium package for my wife. I was quoted a lease price of $322/month (including tax) for 36/12k and $2k down based off a purchase price of $27,500 plus taxes and fees. Dealer also pays first month payment and all maintenance throughout the lease, oil changes, tire rotation, etc. Would really appreciate your input on whether you think this is a good deal or not or if I should continue to shop around.

What is the MSRP?

Seems reasonable, considering that MD taxes the full selling price, even on a lease.

$300 dealer doc fee (guessing)
$200 title/registration.
$1700 tax (estimating)
$322 first payment
$3117 total, minus $2000 upfront = $1117 added to the $27500 selling price

$28,617 adjusted CAP... only $33 off. Pretty good for guessing.. .lol.

So, your numbers look good.

I was offered 29,200 (MSRP 30,450) for 17 CX5 GT, this price is including $750 rebate and $500 Mazda loyalty rebate. Seems like this is not a good deal. But most of the dealers in Seattle area would not lower the price what so ever.....

Does any one have deal that is better than this?

The CX-5 is pretty popular, but most of the reports seem to show at least $500-$1000 off MSRP

Nothing - that is almost free money.

The total rent charge on my Jetta, at .00005 MF, is $53 for 36 months.

It's an incentive to get you to lease their vehicle.
