    OK, you can ignore the tax number; that is for a purchase. The number you want from the dealer is the adjusted cap cost.

    Everything was listed in there. Minus the Tax my cap would be $46,677.75. 12k/36mths. 
    I get $683/mo, assuming 7% sales tax.
    Yes sales tax is 7%.  So im not that far off the deal then with a $1k down on base MF and Residual? Everything is very appreciated Michael.

    Hi, Can you please post the Lease Incentives, MF and RV for 2018 A4 Premium Plus AWD for 36 months / 10k mi a year? ZIP : 46580

    A dealer gave me a marked up MF. When I challenged him to match the base MF (0.00059?) the dealer replied:

    "The money factor is not .00059 on this car. It is a A4 tech released specifically for this summer. It has standard nav package. It has a lower cost and therefor audi set a higher MF."

    Any truth to this? I did notice that the MSRP is 48,160 (Prem Plus, Nav, Cold Weather). Similar spec'd cars, usually had a MSRP of 49,350 all dealers in the region. If it does make a difference, can you also provide the MF/RV/Incentives for this variant in addition to the regular numbers?

    I was quoted $551 with below numbers, but I feel there is room for negotiation. Please advise.
    Dealer did not disclose MF and RV. I already lease a 2015 AUDI A3 Quattro Premium Plus which is ending in October this year. So dealer offered for an early upgrade to A4. They have applied loyalty bonus in specials. I have also made the payment for July month for my A3 already. They have appraised A3 at $19000 since I used only 26000 miles out of allowed 42000. So they are not charging anything for turning in A3 if I upgrade to an Audi. Car is in good condition.

    If I use the "total financed amount" as the adjusted CAP cost, I get $536/mo.+tax
    For a quote with a lot of numbers, they sure left a few out, and you are making assumptions that I wouldn't make.
    Is it actually $1500 due at signing? Or, $1500 + tag/title fees?
    Does $551 include tax, or not?
    Is the sales tax rate for vehicles actually 7.25% in NC? I've seen numbers around 3% on vehicles.

    Also, all else being equal, a 36 month payment will be an easy $70/mo.lower than 24 months.

    I used this forum heavily in my research, Here is the deal I managed to get:

    A4 Quattro Premium 36/10
    Zip Code:94539, Tax rate: 9.25%
    MSRP: 44475
    Sale Price: 39582
    AFS Credit: 3000
    Benz/BMW owner credit: 1000
    MF: 0.00059

    The 4K credits were used to pay taxes, first month, acquisition fee, taxes, title, license. Leaving 1744 for cap reduction.

    Net: $460.55 w/ tax (421.56+38.99)
