I'll assume Quattro, as you are in MI.

36/12 - .00093 and 56% for 36/12; 57% with AudiCare. The residual you were quoted was for 36/15.

You are correct, no selling price or adjusted cap cost; without those I can't model the payment.

Hey Michael - Three posts ago you said .00093 and 56% for P+ quattro in MI (36/12), are the numbers really that different from PA or was it because the numbers switched from Aug to Sep?

P.S. That salesman refused to give me the adj cap cost and sell price after 3 rounds of email, and was lowering the RV, so I took your earlier advice and moved on.

@Michaell - can you confirm again the MF/RV for a P+ A4 Quattro in Southwest PA? I received an offer from the dealer and on the sheet they listed the MF/RV for 36 months at .00093/57% and for 42 months at .00113/55%. The lease cash they showed aligned as well. They referenced the rest of the discount as "loyalty" but absent a formal incentive I'm assuming that's just dealer discount, which was puny.

I can post the sheet if you'd like after I scrub my personal info.

Yes, 10K/year. And sorry my mistake...the RV for 42 months is $26,023 which is 53%, not sure where I got 55%.

The good news is there's no markup to the MF and I can roll over the security deposit money to lower it again. The bad news is I have no idea how they came up with their payment figures and am awaiting a breakdown of the adjusted cap. Taking out the $1,500 in incentives I qualify for the dealer's discount is $1,964 (4% on $49,100 MSRP) so there's room to improve this but I'll be nowhere near the discount offered on my current A4 as it's early in the model year and it's not a manual they are desperate to unload.

For Audi, we suggest you target 4-6% off sticker; there might be a bit of room to give on the price, but not much.

It's normal for a 42 month Audi lease to be less than a 36 month lease. Residual is only 4% lower for six more months, with just a slightly higher money factor.
Plus, fixed costs (like AudiCare and acquisition fees) are spread over more months.

Longer terms increase the chances you'll have to pay for consumables, like tires, though.

Hi there! Numbers I got for 2018 A4 premium plus ultra are $37152, not including estimated trade-in of $3k plus $750 rebate. MF of .00119, RV 55% for 36/12. The RV was factored on the MSRP price of $39910 to come up with residual of $21950. Shouldn't the RV calculate from the sale price ($37152)? Thanks in advance! I'm in SoCal if that matters... one more thing - know of any rebates or price changes yet for October? Thanks!
