Backing into this, you would need an adjusted cap cost of $30,800 on the Premium CVT to get a payment of $415/mo with 6% tax added in.

That cap cost should include both the acquisition fee ($595) and whatever dealer fee is being charged. Only out of pocket should be first payment and DMV costs.

The MSRP is 40,661 and got it to cap cost of 37,500

taxes/fees/first month is 2600 and monthly payments are 459.

Anything look out of the ordinary?

Yes - MF is marked up the max allowed. Base MF is .00095

I get $454/mo with the marked up MF; $423/mo with the base MF

Chase put me at a tier 3 that's why the MF went up .. but interesting that the payment is a few dollars off... hmmm

That matches up pretty well with the pricing they have listed, assuming the "down payment" amounts are actually the amount due at signing.

It's analogous to the "amount financed" on a loan.

.00085 MF and 60% residual for 36/12.
To get to $349/mo, your adjusted CAP would have to be about $28,200

I'd say it's a typical deal. Have you shopped other dealers? Competition seems to bring out the best prices.

Your quoted "deal" is just an advertisement.
