That's not far off of $680.
Maybe the final sell already has the $580 CCR deducted? I subtracted it from the final sell.

To clarify the RV of 36/15, is the 1% for AudiCare included in the 53% or is it on top for a total of 54%?

I edited my post above... had the wrong number of months entered.
$662/mo. for 36/15

I used 54% residual. 53% for 36/15 +1% for Audi Care.

I'll guess that the difference is the final sell price includes your CAP cost reduction. If I don't deduct that, I get the same $680/mo. payment.
