We started negotiation end of Sept. Got this quote yesterday and it looks like they updated residual, but not the mf. Yes only out of pocket is trade equity.

Based off what y’all are showing this is not a very good deal! MF & RV on 2018 Q7 Prestige and any incentives lease /purchase. 10 or 12K 30 or 36 month whatever is best deal. And opinion on sale price while it is 5.6% off others seem much larger. Thanks much for zip 32937 or Orlando fl area

The lease payments on the left do not correlate to the numbers on the right - notice it says "cash purchase option"?

The number you need from the dealer is the adjusted CAP cost used for those lease payments, and how they got there from the selling price.

You want to target 6% off MSRP.

Prestige model doesn't lease very well.

.00150 and 55% (30/12) or 52% (36/12)
Add 1% for 10K
Add 3% for Premium Plus trim
$2000 market allowance, which is part of any offer you get from the dealer.

It looks like they changed the #s on 2018 Prestige to what you said 36/12 MF .00150 and 52% RV (not shown in pic) with net cap cost being 66846.9 vs 67149.79 ( I didn’t ask them to, only for what is the # and why different MF and RV (they want to know how or where you obtained proprietary Audi USA financial #s) any way, by using new (your) factors it lowers payment by $30 just with MF change alone. With 5K down, it seems like they weren’t reducing priced paid much at all original with first offer, and higher than posted MF and RV, am I right? If so prob should look elsewhere as don’t feel they were upfront with “same as national lease promotion. Unless you say all those factors do check out and is ok deal. Using that adjusted CAP, I get the same payment (assuming 7% sales tax)

$68442 selling price
$66,837 Adjusted CAP
$1605 difference (CAP reduction)

$5000 due at signing =
$1033 1st payment
$895 acquisition fee
$799 dealer fee
$349 registration
$1605 CAP reduction
$230 tax on upfront items (CAP reduction, Acq.fee, dealer fee)

That's within $100 of $5000, so close enough.

My only issue:
$4053 discount, but Audi is giving the dealer $2000, and the dealer is charging you an $800 fee. That makes your effective discount just $1250 on a $72K MSRP vehicle. I'd want an additional discount of $2000-$3000, over what they've offered.
