    If I add the fees to the selling price, and tax the monthly payment, I get $990/mo.

    Confirm the CAP cost the dealer is using (I used $67,005 for my calculations)

    I'd also skip the large cash down - just the first payment and registration costs should be paid at signing.

    I wouldn't use trade equity to buy down the payment - have them give you a check, instead. That money would be lost if the car is stolen or totaled during the lease.

    That's a good discount from sticker, but some of that is taken back by the dealer with the inflated MF. If you can get the same price but the base MF, then you'd have a better deal.

    Hi! What would the MF and RV on a 2018 3.0 Prestige Q7 be in NC for 36 months/12k? The dealer is quoting me "lease payments" of $1,019 on a down payment of $4,500 which seems crazy bad based on a adjusted (discounted) price of $68,843.58 including ADM Fee and non tax fee and tax (which is only $42). Thanks.

But now that I look at the small print so much is excluded: Monthly lease payment based on MSRP of $54,875 and destination charges less a suggested dealer contribution resulting in a capitalized cost of $48,103. Excludes tax, title, license, options, and dealer fees. Amount due at signing includes first month payment, capitalized cost reduction, and acquisition fee of $895. Monthly payments total $22,283. Your payment will vary based on final negotiated price. At lease end, lessee responsible for disposition fee of $495.
