    Can someone please explain how the mechanics work of the 2k lease bonus? Is it off the total vehicle price? And how is the residual from the total price - 2k or just the total vehicle price alone. Thank you.

    Cash down is cash out of pocket, from you, but it includes the $3000 incentive, so only $3600 from you.
    Not sure about that... I read it as $6600 from the lessee at lease signing.

    I get $787.74 including Interest of $148. No tax included.

    Please advise. I am trying to figure out Monthly payment of $619.

    Try it again with $6600 out of pocket
    Also, the number you don't have is the implied discount from MSRP from the dealer, before the incentives and CAP reduction are subtracted.

    $66770-$3000-$6600 = $57170. Isn't this Net Capitalized Cost? Assume I am paying Acquisition Fee/ Rigistration Fee/ 1st lease payment/ Doc Fee due at signing.

    Looks like Net Capitalized Cost has to be $55170 which is $2000 less than from $57170.

    I don't know where I am missing calculation. Please help!

    Same problem - it is likely there is a "dealer contribution" in there, somewhere. This is the discount from the sticker price, before the incentives and cash down. Without knowing this number, we can't really answer your questions.

    Thank you for your comment, dealer came back and revised that $64,700 is final including $2k discount, which comes out to 9% including rebate.

    Not gonna happen; destination fee is part of the MSRP, and I'll guess that the advertising fee is added by the dealer.

    Best to negotiate a lower selling price, instead.

    can I have the MF and RV for 2018 Q7 premium plus 3.0 and 2018 Q7 Prestige 3.0
    I had a trade in which had negative equity 10k, but I had a trade in assistance and it canceled that 10 K.
    Options I looked is Adaptive cruise control. Vision package and ventilated seats

    The Audi dealer I work quoted me this (42-month 10 K miles lease)
    MSRP -70059
    Sale price 66500
    Out of pocket 1100
    And they added Tax 3800
    MF 0.00210

    Monthly -1151
    Zipcode 77498

    Please advice any help is appreciated

    Get the breakdown of the $4000 up front, specifically how much is going to CAP reduction. I'm sure they structured the deal to get the payment under $800/mo.

    What would be a great attainable deal? Looking to buy.

    I am looking at 2018 Prestige ($71k MSRP) and the most discount I got is the same discount as above $7500 +$2000 (no loyalty).

    Now that it is November what are the incentives for zip 32937? Is it still RV of 52% for Prestige? Or has it changed? Edmunds “incentive” tab only shows loyalty. I see you show 2,000 marketing cash for some others, please provide all hidden cash you can find LOL, and do you happen to know what audi’s Nonrmal holdback or whatever they call theirs is on s new vehicle. Thanks as always keep up the great help/work
