They said they have to show it like this because they need to show inception fees to the bank. Is it possible that I sign and they or subaru finance come chasing me to pay $865 later. Its confusing me.

Options and packages do not affect the numbers

MSRP is $29,040.00.
Sale Price is $26,300.
Residual is $61%.
Money factor is .0007 based on excellent credit.
Tag, title registration and ga lemon law is $193.00.
Doc Fee is $560
Acquisition Fee is $195.00.
Taxes are $829.00.

61% residual would be for 36/10. (ask what mileage allowance they are quoting)

Subaru dealers are permitted to markup the money factor by .00050 for extra profit.
Not sure if it's common with Subaru dealers, but definitely not unheard of.
Tell them you want the base rate.
Acquisition fee is $595, unless there is a some sort of regional special for your area.
