I'm not sure how Ohio handles trade-in credits on a leased vehicle. You may not be eligible for any credit, since you won't be the owner of the new vehicle. But, I don't know that.

But, either way, your equity/loan situation will not affect any trade-in. The only thing that matters is the value of the trade-in.

It is now February 2018. I am considering leasing a 2018 Outback 3.6 Touring, Minneapolis , MN. What would be the residual multiplier/percentage (RM) and the Money factor ( MF) for this car. Have not decided on 12K or 15K so if you have both available I would appreciate it (36 months). I have written a little program based on (see link below) so I can determine the monthly payment based on different inputs without having to ask the sale guy (pulling teeth). The only unknown I have is the Fees which I will need to ask the dealer.

We want to lease a 2018 Outback 2.5i either Limited or Touring, on a 36 mo lease w/15k miles/yr, in Maryland. We have a car we are selling outright and can put some $ down to reduce monthly payment if needed.  Is there a better time to do this?Any programs or incentives...? When will the 2019s be out..?  Also.. can you please explain what this means: 2.5i Ltd - 65% and .00110 3.6R Ltd - 66% and .00115.  This is all new!

The residuals are fixed.
The money factor is for top tier credit. Dealers are permitted a .00050 maximum markup to the rate.
