There is no E300 coupe.
2018 E400 Coupe RWD: .00037 MF and 53% residual
2018 E300 Sedan RWD: .00126 MF and 59% residual

There seems to be a decent spread between the E400 and E300 MFs. KYFDX- could you please provide the residual and mf for an E300 4matic in NY for a 36/12k. It's very annoying that MBFS charges different MFs by state. Thx for all the help!

A very close friend is looking to lease the 2018 E 300 4MATIC Sedan attached.

For a 36 month lease, can you please advise as to the Residual and MF for 10k, 12k and 15k miles?

Not sure if it makes a difference, but we’re in NY; Zip Code 11530.

Is 8% below MSRP a good deal, or should I tell him to push for 10%?

And final question: Is the $795 ‘bank fee’ truly mandatory?

Generally, residual values decrease as the model year passes.

Yes.. the bank fee is mandatory... and, often marked up to $1095.

Sorry, no help on pricing. We've seen pretty aggressive deals on the E-Class, over the last couple of years. I'd go for broke!

Yes, that's the base acquisition fee

Those are pretty average residual, not good or bad... but, not negotiable.

Add 6% or 3% to the 36 month residuals for 24 or 30 months.

36 is the best term.

As far as we can tell, these sedans are only available in AWD
15K/yr
E400: .00173 MF and 56%/48% residual for 36/48 mo.
E63: Standard MF and 53%/46% residual for 36/48 mo.

Add 3% or 2% to residual for 10K or 12K.

We don't track selling prices, so can't tell you if there is room to move on the cap cost.
