I get $1027/mo with those numbers. Could be a MF bump; could be some extra fees we don't know about.

1. Cap cost is different from the $87,028 selling price
2. MF has been marked up.

I see $1000 MB Incentive Bonus, but not 100% certain it would apply to a lease.
