Acquisition fee is marked up $300 from $795 base.
Initial fees, upfront fees, DMV amt. Not sure if some of those duplicate each other.. Seems like maybe something extra there, maybe not.

Adjusted CAP would have to be about $52,100
That's $1435 more than your selling price.

I'll guess the $1162 is the acquisition fee, marked up to $1095, and tax on that fee. (so, no CAP reduction)

I am from NJ 07604 looking at a loaner 2018 E300 4matic to lease at a dealer in NY. The dealer is telling me NY state is not letting them do any MSDs... What could be the reason for this? Also the acquisition fee I was told was $1100... is this number marked up?
