Base MSRP on mbusa.com is $58,900, but E400 coupes in my area show MSRP starting at around $68,000.

Well, sure - add a few options, and the price can easily jump $10K. Each car is priced differently.

A lower MSRP will result in a lower payment.

There will be an adjustment to the residual, but we don't know the particulars.

But, you should negotiate a killer discount to compensate.

You aren't going to lease a $68K E-Class for $500-$550 per month, without $6000-$10000 upfront.. That's just the math.
