    I'm currently working on a demo, but the mileage is the way lower than yours (under 5k). Without asking, they already reduced the discount to 18%, so in your case, don't worry about what they say. Just ask what you want. It does not hurt.

    Confirm the CAP cost they are using, versus the one you are using. My guess is that is the $1095 acquisition fee (marked up from $795)
