Quick question. 320 or 330? The 320 has moonroof, heated front seats, heated steering wheel, sirius radio, navigation.....the 330 has everything the 320 has minus navigation- plus keyless entry. The difference in the payments is $30 a month- not sure which to go with....

    Hi,

So I have an offer for a 330i base car, 2018.

    $40,000 cap price. MSRP $45,980

    new jersey. 12 months/36,000 miles

assuming 0.00182 MF and 59%RV, what would be the monthly lease payments (assuming no money down, but not including the new jersey tax, delivery fees, title, etc. that add up to around $3250 upfront.)

    thanks,

    aa

Looks like around a $5000 discount, not counting the rebate. That seems pretty good.
Considering ZERO out of pocket, that's a good payment on a $48K MSRP.

not really sure to be honest, I feel like I don't even use my navigation in my car now and just use me phone. I am very indecisive....but the 320 would be under $400/month with just paying DMV and first months payment upfront

BMW invoice is now 5.5% under MSRP vs. the 7% under from a few years ago, but we haven't seen any change in transaction prices. Don't make the dealer's invoice your problem, or worry about their profit margin. Get the lowest price you can.

We've lost access to the incentive information for your area, but we see either $3000 or $4000 lease credit everywhere else, so assuming one of those is applicable to Florida.

    .00182 MF and 65%/59% residual

    Either model

The residual is reduced, and possibly, you'll lose incentives. It depends on the existing mileage.

    info from dealer

The numbers are for a purchase option.
    Ask for specific lease numbers.
For example, Kansas doesn't tax the full selling price on a lease, do they?
Also, no mention of the $925 acquisition fee.
"Cash Down" Is that the same as Due at Signing? Or, if there some other amount due, in addition?

I'm guessing $2750 rebate is with loyalty? I show $3750 with loyalty.

I see the lease payments. But, they aren't giving you the numbers that go with the lease.
Looks to me like the rebates are $1000 short.

    Ask for:
    Adjusted CAP cost
    Amount Due at Signing
    Money factor used.

It seems like the "dealer allowance" of $2,500 is separate as it shows a separate financing offer of $3,500.

Can I get the numbers for a 330iXdrive zip code 07444...36/12?

And the numbers, if available for the same model/zip for a loaner.

    Thank you

    I have an offer for a 2018 3 series...

45980 MSRP, sell price of 38761 (-7% plus another 4000 in incentives).
59% RV and 0.00182 MF -> 475/month (about $3200 upfront in taxes and fees, no upfront down payment towards the cap cost.)

He's saying they can do 7x MSD also (didn't think this was still a thing) to bring it down to 446/month. (same taxes and fees upfront).

They are willing to go 7% plus 4000 off all their 3 series in general with this deal, and we are just trying to figure out the options and the specific model.
    New Jersey zip code.

Does this sounds like a good deal?

    thanks

    Hi,
    330i and 330xi for 24/12k in NJ?
For a loaner. I think $3k incentive? Plus $750 loyalty. And 65% residual for the 330i? Is the Xi different?

    At $38,761, I get $443/mo, not $475/mo.

I'd verify that they aren't marking up the money factor.
It would suck to have to make MSDs, just to make up for them marking up the money factor.
At 7% off minus incentives, you shouldn't have to take a MF bump, too.

It's either that, or the $3200 isn't covering the upfront, and something is rolled into the CAP.

It's $4000 now for NJ area.

    59% is the 36/12 residual.

    65% is for 24/12

How do you do the calculations?

    is it:

[(Adjusted cap cost - (RV x MSRP)) / 36] = monthly payments without interest factored in
in this case, that would make it (38761 - (0.59 x 45980)) = $11632 total loan principle, or 36 monthly payment of $323, not including interest

Interest would roughly then be: MF x 2400 = 0.00182 x 2400 = 4.368 APR => on $11,632, that would be about another $40 or so per month, making it around $365 per month?

Am I missing something? Is there an online calculator to be able to crunch these numbers?

    thanks again,
