You have to lease or finance to get the bonus.

Ask them what adjusted CAP cost they are using for their payment quote. Likely different than the selling price. If so, ask them to document what was added.

Thank you for reviewing this. 2 questions...is the $1500 taken off the sales price or is it considered a cash down payment and considered a cap cost reduction? Also, I get $960 or so for tax with a rate of 6.625% but perhaps I am not counting tax on everything I should.

The $1500 is deducted from the negotiated selling price.

Tax is on the sum of the monthly payments plus cash down plus taxable fees.
