I got the 2018 RDX FWD yesterday (SC state) for $299/month for 36/10. $554 down payment. Not sure if it's best deal or not so but I'm happy to have a car to drive. Thanks to kyfdx for your help on these forums!

There is a $2500 dealer incentive for purchase or lease
An additional $1100 on a lease.

With a $3600 incentive, $3895 isn't much of a discount. You should be looking for something around $6000 off.
$595 of the upfront should be for the acquisition fee (which is not a government fee)
Do you pay taxes upfront in your state on a lease?

Not too good for a first offer.

So...

$32,400
+$595 acquisition fee
+$400 dealer fee (guessing)
= $33,395 adjusted CAP

I get $350/mo.

That's not too far off.
Ask for the adjusted CAP and what they added to the selling price to get to it.
There might be $400 more garbage in there, besides the dealer fee.

I get $373/mo with your prices; ask the dealer for the adjusted cap cost for their payment quote, and how they got there from the selling price

Can anyone post their actual lease offer sheets for a Base AWD or a Tech AWD? The best offers I'm getting in Ohio are Base model for $430/mo at $0 down.

I mentioned the Houston deal to my local dealer and was told to contact a dealer in Texas then...very rude.

Here is the offer sheet I got on 6/7 for a 10k mile AWD Tech:

That is my local dealer. Even with the extra $600/mo. rolled in and tax, that would still be around $440/mo, with just first payment due at signing. You don't have to go to Texas, or put up with a rude dealer.

Well... you can't discount the money factor below zero.. so, the lower the base MF, the less incentive to do a single-pay lease.
