Yes, each MSD is the monthly payment rounded up to the next highest $50; I believe it's the original payment amount.

My payment calculation is a few dollars less than yours ($655/mo vs. $658/mo, before tax)

After going back and forth with the GLC300 coupe and the Macan, I settled on the vehicle above. I picked it up last night. I knew the front costs didn't reconcile and that everything wasn't listed or correct). I told the sales guy when we went over everything, but he knew I would go over the contract before signing. Actually, it didn't even get to that point. The manager that was typing the deal called me over to show me the screen and asked what I wanted to do with the excess money (either cap cost reduction which the payment would have been $714 or just reduce it. I told him to reduce it. Funny, the manager that worked the entire deal was not in, so when the manager that was working saw it for the first time, the sales guy said, "I know, she's very thorough".

Thank you guys for all your help with all my posts on all the different vehicles. It's been a rough few months trying to get to this point. I'll be back in 2.5 years for another go around!

I don't see the $795 acquisition fee mentioned anywhere, either. Ask the dealer for the adjusted cap cost that the lease payment quotes are based off of.

selling price is 43037, rolling in taxes, 
putting down a total out of pocket of 1500.
36/12 k $599, it's a factory order dependent on the lease prices in December but numbers are based on current MF of 00150 and residual 58%  as per dealer.
Does the payment seem Correct? Is this a good deal?
I am changing from a c300 4 matic that was also about 45k and I'm paying $477 a month. The. Numbers seem really high to me

.00150 MF and 58% residual are the correct numbers for this month.

You'd need an adjusted CAP cost of about $46,150 to get that payment, given those lease variables.
What state and tax rate?

As far as your C300? The sedan market has fallen off in favor of SUVs. That vehicle likely came with a lot of lease incentives that just aren't in place for the GLC. The GLC is very popular, and they get what they can.

That would be incorrect - NY taxes the sum of the payments. Should be half that, or less.

I agree with the .00150 and 59%

The only thing I see is that the acquisition fee is marked up from $795 - it's adding just over $8/mo to the payment.

Almost 7% off sticker, but I've got no guidance as to whether you can do better than that. If you don't ask, you don't get.

If you are going to put money upfront, it doesn't really matter what it's for. Every $1000 would knock about $30/mo. off the payment.

I wouldn't recommend it.

@Michaell any word when the GLC 63 Coupe S will be available for order ? Super interested in initial pricing as that hasn’t been released, but more interested in leasing one depending on how well they’ll lease.

What would a fully loaded GLE 63 look like? MF? Residual? I’m certainly not interested in one but not even sure if that’s a good baseline to look at for leasing numbers.
