Yes. Ridiculous. And they are telling me .00146 is the buy rate and .00246 is the lease rate. I know that’s not right based on this forum. 

Mercedes dealers can always mark up the rate for extra profit, but it's usually .00040 or so, not .00100. That's egregious.

MSRP $50665 - $3228 (cap reduction) = $47437.
36 month / 15k./yr. Residual 56% APR 3.36%
Drive off $1260 (first month, tax and $533 registration and fees - doesn't seem to add up)
Monthly = $719

Do these numbers work?

Through AMA discount I should be able to get another $1250 off cap cost but
haven't sprung that on the dealer yet.

Appreciate any advice.

with $4900 down, how much monthly payment am I looking at? my credit score is around 740

Adding in the $1095, I get $665/mo.+tax, so the payment looks right.
Your drive-off looks correct, as well. CA taxes the monthly payment, so you won't have any tax upfront, unless you pay taxable items upfrront.

The acquisition fee is marked up the maximum allowed.

The $3228 isn't CAP reduction, it's a discount from MSRP, right?

I certainly wouldn't settle for $1000 off, and I sure wouldn't put $5000 upfront on a lease, either

The dealer has been quoting me: 0.00199 MF (I know it is already marked up - I am new to the US) and 59% MF.

I am arguing with the dealer that this is what the Manufacturer is offering as part of winter sales offer ($449 per month (excl. taxes) with $4193 at signing). They should be able to do better.

Forgot that part.

Selling price is $44,500

If I add the $795 acquisition fee, I get $552/mo.+tax.
The money factor bump takes it up to $582/mo.+tax.

I'd think you could either get the money factor bump dropped, or a corresponding reduction in sale price to make up for it ($1000 less).
