Money Factor = .0007 (pre-MSD), I was not told what the MF is after 10 MSD's

Monthly payment $864.76 inc 8.25% tax

I'm waiting for some clarification on a few items. Based on the above numbers, I worked it backwords and calculated the pre-MSD payment to be $906.78. $906.78 - $864.76 = $42.02 savings/month which = $504.24/year ~5.3% on $9500, shouldn't it be closer to 8%-9%? My math has to be wrong or I need additional info to accurately calculate it? How much does each MSD lower the MF by?

I'll guess that they marked up the rate to .00100, collected 10 MSDs and your new rate is around .00030, or so.

Ahh that makes sense. Been learning a lot about leasing in a short time period on this forum.

If the base MF is 0.0007, each MSD reduces it by 0.00007, and MB allows 10 MSD's, then the MF can theoretically be 0 if the dealer does not mark up the MF?

Also, can you please post the MF/RV for both the 300 and 43 coupe on a 36/7.5 for the month of January?

Acquisition fee is imposed by the bank for every lease.

I get the same payment with those numbers.

You pay the first payment and license costs when you sign the paperwork; there are other costs associated with a lease that you can choose to pay up front or add to the selling price.

$795 is the base fee. MBFS allows dealers to markup the rate by $300, for additional profit.
