Longer terms don't have supported money factors. While residuals are reasonable, the payments tend to be higher. 36 months is the sweet spot

What is the adjusted cap cost?

That does look like a great payment, but it would help if we had all the numbers behind the deal to confirm.

We only have 15K residuals - you'll have to ask the dealer how the extra miles are handled.

I suspect the $1400 is for purchase only, not a lease.

Hello again,
I am a resident in Buffalo NY looking closely at the '18 Camry XSE V6 model, as I currently lease a '15 SXE V6. Question on the residual percentage. Back in March '15 the residual percentage was 60% for an SXE V6 and it's only at 51% now. Do you know if residuals for the same model year vehicle are historically better in March than they are in November? I would love to get into a new Camry now, but the residual is so low, it's pushing my payment out too much. Thanks for the insight.
