Yes, that is correct.

You can use the lease cash to reduce the cap cost or cover the up front costs, like the acquisition fee.

The $1400 is all lease cash. It should be listed as a rebate and cap reduction on the lease paperwork. No info on the $500.

We don't have the specific MF or incentives for TX, but other regions show a MF between .00001 and .00020, with lease cash between $500 and $1500

So there is no numbers for Southeast Toyota? Is that normal? Corolla is due in 4 months from now. Trying to shop the best deal and maybe use the pull ahead program. No numbers means I’m looking elsewhere.

We've never had any information for SETF - they do business in a completely different manner than the rest of the country.

I appreciate all the info on these forums. Going into a dealership loaded with figures helped me get a good lease deal in Nassau County, NY. This was based on the current national program that expires tomorrow. The SE had a couple of extras (all weather mats, paint protection, door edge guards, rear bumper applique) that bumped the MSRP up a little.

I contacted a few dealers and got the prices.
But, I am a little confused at other posts in this thread where everyone is asking about the MF and Residual Value
I am in PA, looking for 15k/36mo.
The deal I was offered was:
$2,500 due at signning
$299/month
Is this a good deal?
I tried negotiating quite a bit to get to this deal. I feel like, I should be able to even get it to $275/month
Thoughts?

Have you calculated a lease payment?
That's why others ask for the money factor and residual. So, they can calculate the payment, based on the the price they think they can get.
You feel like you should be able to get to $275, but without doing the math, why do you feel that way?
