If you are in NYC check one of the local brokers prices. Bestbuyleasing for example now advertises $47,555 MSRP Q50 Sport for $406 + bank and dealer fees, registration and tax. With all fees and taxes added I've got approximately $474 per month. Your offer (assuming that it includes NYC tax) is roughly $483 per month. I would ask for "only the first month at signing deal" and shoot for $450-460. Chances are they will take it. At the very least they should meet the broker's price.

All, looks like most of the Winter deals are good through January 2nd. I live in GA where they tax the full price of the vehicle for 2017, but the law changes to just tax the payments in 2018. Since most deals are good through the 2nd, is there any downside to me waiting and pulling the trigger on 1/2/18? For a dealer, is that still viewed as “end of the month”? Any risk of MF, RV or incentives changing for the worse between now and then?

Infiniti reserves the right to update the programs, at any time.

If it were me, I'd wait until 1/1 or 1/2 when the lease tax situation changes. It will significantly reduce your lease payment.
