Any thoughts on this lease deal? Chicago taxes suck. 

I think the sales price is wrong on this. Found $43,202 online - though sales guy said that’s the loan price and not the lease.

I agree with the math on the worksheet.

But, I'd suggest you restructure the deal to only put the first payment and registration costs up front. Payment will be higher, but the upfront cash will drop to under $1000.

Hi - I am looking at a '18 Q50 AWD red sport. The MSRP s $57,550, and the dealer quoted me a sales price of $48,995, which does NOT include tax/title/fees. They also quoted me a MF of 0.0003, which seems one "0" off from what I see above. And the residual was 55%. This is for a 39 month/10k miles lease.

I haven't seen all the math but they are quoting me a lease payment of $549/month, which seems higher than some of the other leases in this thread. The only way I can get to their $549 figure is by adding about $4500 in taxes/title/fees to their sales price, which isn't possible because the sales tax is $2032. I am in the DC area (NVa) if that matters.

.00003 (4 zeros) and 55% are the correct numbers for 39/10. They may be marking up the MF for a bit of extra profit.

Simply ask the dealer what adjusted cap cost they are using to get their quoted payment, and what got added to the selling price to get to that number.

The 2.0T is sourced from MB; not sure if there is a limit Infiniti is entitled to.

One quoted me .00043 and the other .00053 for Money Factor. Dont know if its a markup or not.

December is at the end of the week so hopefully that would have better deals. I wont be able to make it to the dealership by end of the month anyways.

Gave me a decent price but i still see lower prices out of state, how would leases work if i were to travel to an out of state dealership to lease there?
Would i pay MN taxes and fees?
Pay Double?
Or like California BUYING where you pay taxes there and if it's higher than MN you dont pay anything in MN.

The Dallas dealer has offered $599/mo, 39/15k for a 2018 with only the Sports Pkg, but $0 down & first pmt due at signing.
Great deal or average for this time of year?

I really want the car, but with the ProActive pkg. Dealer says it would be low-mid $600's.
For a $60k MSRP car, do you think there's room to get everything I want for the $599/mo?

We don't track pricing, so can't tell you if you can get what you want.

However, the lease taxes are quite different in OK and TX - TX taxes the entire selling price; OK taxes the monthly payment. That will make a big difference on the lease payment
